PINEAPPLE
FLUFF
From Jac’s mother, Minnette Holzman.
Use crushed pineapple from which most of the juice has been drained. Whip
cream and flavor with vanilla. Gently fold in pineapple. Heap in tall
sherbet glasses or coupettes, top with either a maraschino cherry (Ed.
note: this was pre-Ralph Nader!) or Angelique and set in refrigerator
until serving time.
