BRIE WITH TOASTED ALMONDS
One of the stellar foods at the Wedding. This version is from The
Los Angeles Times California Cookbook.
1 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted
1 (8-inch) wheel Brie
Sprinkle toasted almonds evenly over Brie. When ready to serve, place
on wooden plank or board with handle and bake at 350 degrees until Brie
begins to bulge around sides and is hot.
Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
Makes 20 servings
